About ISH
ISH is a Danish producer of award-winning non-alcoholic cocktails, wine and spirits. ISH develops alcohol-free products with the aim that it should be easy to be a mindful drinker – that is, to be able to choose alcohol on and off, without compromising on either taste or the social aspect. ISH is one of the pioneers in the category and is experiencing strong growth in Denmark as well as in 15 international markets. Now, the team is looking for a skilled colleague who will help develop ISH’s positions in established markets. The ISH headquarter is in Valby, Copenhagen.
About the position
As International Sales Manager at ISH, you are responsible for further developing and driving sales in the focus markets in Europe, and partly in the US. ISH is working in a new category with international distributors, influencing and supporting them by sharing its experience and knowledge of what works in the category. You will be the focal point in the development of our position and work closely with the commercial, marketing, e-commerce and supply chain departments.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing the collaboration with distributors and assist in developing ISH’s sales in wholesale, retail, web-shop and Amazon
- Launching the ISH brand in the focus markets in collaboration with distributors
- Supporting distributors in developing their ISH business plan for sales and marketing in their territory
- Following up on distributor performance according to established KPIs
- Developing the dealer network in existing focus markets
- Ensuring successful launch of new products
About you
We are looking for a person who has international experience in selling beverages or food to retail and on-trade. You are results-oriented, structured and have a proven track record in developing international distributors.
We imagine that you:
- Have a strong commercial approach that enables you to enter and execute on agreements and deliver on budget
- Are outgoing, able to build trust and make contacts easily, while also being clear and consistent
- Can balance top line growth, long-term customer relationships and building a quality brand
- Have strong communication skills in English. Some knowledge of French will be an advantage but not a requirement
- Have good collaboration skills and thrive in being part of a smaller organisation in a dynamic environment
- Can work independently and have a strong commercial mindset
- Are prepared to travel and meet the customers in their territory, with an expectation of an overseas trip every other month
